When is my bill due?
All utility bills are due on or before the 15th day of each month. Except as allowed by state law for certain types of individuals, if payment is not made by the due date, the bill is considered delinquent, and the city will promptly notify the non-paying user. Delinquent bills are charged a penalty of 20% of the amount of the delinquent bill.

If payment is not made within 30 days of the billing date, services will be disconnected.

If your water has been disconnected for nonpayment, a $20 dollar disconnect processing fee will be charged even if the disconnect has not physically taken place. If the services have been disconnected during business hours, a $20 disconnect processing fee plus a $25 reconnection charge, for a total of $45 must be paid before the water can be reconnected. After 5:00 pm, a $20 disconnect processing fee plus a reconnection charge of $45, for a total of $65, can be paid at the police department between the hours of 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
