The City of Portland is preparing an application for state and federal funding for community development and infrastructure projects. Representatives of GrantWorks, Inc. will be in the community to survey area residents. Please complete the survey with the GrantWorks team so that they can gather the needed information for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Texas Department of Agriculture.
